Coconut roasted Butternut Squash and Fennel Bisque served with homemade beetroot bread

 

Tamarind glazed Beetroot with baby spinach, salted pistachios, and soya Labneh

 

Faux Gras: Puy Lentil and Mushroom Pate served with our homemade beetroot chutney and rosemary flatbreads

Mushroom, leek, and chestnut pie served with rosemary and garlic roast potatoes and French beans

 

Spicy roasted red pepper, tomato and chickpea stew with crumbled vegan feta and quinoa tabouleh

 

Traditional Five Nut Roast or Wellington, served with rosemary and garlic roast potatoes, maple syrup and orange glazed carrots, peas, and stuffing

 

Beetroot and butternut squash wellington with Kale pesto served with savoy cabbage and rosemary and garlic roast potatoes
